Recharge Metals Limited is an ASX-listed explorer focused on the Newnham Lake Uranium Project, in The Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada; as well as the Express and Wapistan Lithium Projects, in James Bay, Québec, Canada.

The Newnham Lake Uranium Project is close to the northeast margin of the Athabasca Basin and covers an area of 15.84 km². Historical drilling confirmed the presence of uranium in both the unconformity and basement rocks, however, there has been little follow up despite geophysical surveys demonstrating an exceptionally large-scale system extending to depth beneath Newnham Lake.

The region is highly fertile for uranium mineralisation and just 56km from IsoEnergy’s (ISO.V) Hurricane Zone, which has a resource of 48.6Mlbs of U₃O₈ based on 63,800 tonnes grading 34.5% U₃O₈ (including 43.9 Mlbs of U₃O₈ at an average grade of 52.1% U₃O₈ within the high-grade domain).

The Express Lithium Project, James Bay, Québec, covers 74 km². The project is supported by excellent regional infrastructure and is close to Allkem’s (ASX: AKE) James Bay deposit, with a resource of 110.2Mt @ 1.3% Li₂O; and Nemaska’s Whabouchi mine, with reserves of 36.6Mt @ 1.3% Li₂O

The Wapistan Lithium Project, James Bay, Québec, is 120km from Express abd covers 107.22 km² is close to Mia Lithium Project (owned by Q2 Metals; TSX-V: QTWO) and the Radis Lithium Project (owned by Ophir Gold Corp; TSX-V: OPHR), both of which have demonstrated the fertility of the local geology with notable successes.

Recharge also holds Brandy Hill South Project in Western Australia, where we have defined broad zones of copper, associated with anomalous silver, molybdenum & tungsten, over a strike length of 500m through an aggressive drilling campaign including 4,000m of RC drilling and 2,400m of diamond drilling. This remains open along strike and at depth, and an independent technical review is in progress to guide the exploration strategy.

Recharge is run by an experienced board and management team with a mix of corporate, commercial, and technical capability and expertise, led by accomplished geologist Ms Felicity Repacholi as Managing Director. Dahrouge Consulting engaged as Recharge’s in-country consultant for technical and geological expertise with exploration oversight across Newnham Lake, Express and Waistan projects.
