Felicity Repacholi

Ms Felicity Repacholi is a professional geologist and brings a wealth of experience in mineral exploration and resource development to the Company, having worked with several public and private companies across a 20-year career.
Felicity is experienced in conducting due diligence and project evaluation for venture capital business development and has experience in a range of mineral commodities. Felicity has been part of the exploration team responsible for the discovery and delineation of several economic deposits.
Felicity brings significant management experience; she was a founding non-executive director of Whitestar Resources Ltd (ASX:WSR) and is currently Non-Executive Director of Win Metals (ASX:WIN) and Non-Executive Chair of Mamba Exploration (ASX: M24).
Ben Vallerine

Ben Vallerine brings over 20 years of experience in the mining industry having held senior management roles in the exploration and development of resource projects, across a range of commodities with the primary focus on uranium, predominantly in Australia and North America. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in economic geology from the University of Tasmania and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Ben was the Exploration Manager and Director of the former ASX-listed, uranium-focused explorer Black Range Minerals and whilst living in the USA Ben was responsible for in-country management and he built a portfolio of over 90mlbs of U3O8 through successful exploration and acquisitions.
Most recently he was a director of Global Uranium and Enrichment (ASX: GUE).
Ben is currently the Managing Director of Koba Resources (ASX:KOB).
Chris Zielinski

Mr Chris Zielinski is an experienced corporate lawyer and a Director of Nova Legal, a Perth-based corporate law firm. He has more than 15 years’ experience advising private and public companies, with a strong focus on the resources and technology sectors.
Chris specialises in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, regulatory compliance and broader corporate and commercial transactions within the ASX-listed environment. His practice includes capital raisings, takeovers, due diligence investigations, prospectus preparation and review, commercial drafting, company meeting documentation, and advising on corporate governance and compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
Joel Ives
Company Secretary
Mr Ives is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as a Financial Controller and Company Secretary for private and public technology and resource exploration companies. He has supported multiple ASX listings, both through IPOs and RTOs, and has ensured ongoing regulatory compliance post-listing.
Mr Ives currently serves as Company Secretary for Kuniko Limited (ASX: KNI), Green Technology Metals Limited (ASX: GT1) and OD6 Metals Limited (ASX: OD6).
